On the stage, Carrie Underwood has established herself as a mega-talent. She has been selling out concert venues since the early 2000s, following her American Idol win in 2005. But she’s more than simply a stage presence. In recent years, the 40-year-old has begun exploring her other passions, too. In 2020, she released her own fitness app, Fit52, alongside the release of her first book, Find Your Path

Like other online fitness programs, the app offers at-home routines for strengthening and toning, something that Underwood herself is a big proponent of. Her personal fitness journey, which she has a habit of sharing about on her social media, has been an impressive thing to watch over the years.

Underwood’s latest post is no exception. The country music star shared a carousel featuring a photo of herself showing her strength and fit figure while lifting weights in the gym. The other slides put the other aspects of her healthy lifestyle on display, including her home-cooked meals.

“I love hearing your fitness and wellness stories you guys continue to share in response to my first book, FIND YOUR PATH, and reading about your journeys to finding your own path. We got this! 💪🏻,” she captioned the post highlighting her inspirational book and health journey.

“My fitspo!!!!!” one fan declared.

“Inspiration,” another added of the musician.

“Beautiful 😍😍,” a follower complimented Underwood.

She is certainly all of that and more, both on stage and off.
