Chrissy Teigen sums up all of our thoughts about 'Becky with the good hair' in just one tweet

The Internet is obsessed with 'Becky with the good hair.' And you can bet if the Internet is obsessed with something, Chrissy Teigen is, too.

The new momma took to Twitter this afternoon to share her thoughts on the most controversial line off of Beyonce's new visual album, Lemonade. In fewer than 140 characters, the queen of Twitter managed to sum up all of our thoughts on who the mystery woman, whom Jay-Z may or may not have cheated with, might be.

In case you've been hiding under a rock since Saturday night, Bey shocked with world with both her first-ever country song and revelations of infidelity in her relationship with husband and rapper Jay Z. In the song "Sorry," Beyonce alludes to the fact that a girl known simply as, 'Becky with the good hair' may be the one to blame for her newfound trust issues and marital problems. Like much of the Internet this week, we learned that "Becky with the good hair" is slang for a black woman with straight hair. So who is she? Does she even exist? Your guess is as good as ours and Chrissy's.

And for those of you who may be too young to know who Chrissy is referencing as JR in her post, let us give you a short lesson on the plot of Dallas. The phrase, "Who shot J.R.?" refers to the mysterious attempted murder against character J.R. Ewing in the show's third season. The plot twist wasn't resolved for another eight months and was used as an advertising catchphrase to promote the popular 80s TV show.

All that to say—just like the next generation lost interest in resolving that particular plot line in Dallas, so, too, will our kids allow the scandal of "Becky with the good hair" to pass. Until then, we'll defer to Chrissy to answer all of our Beyonce and pop culture questions. DUH.
