Cover Model Olivia Culpo Radiated Fierce Bombshell Energy During Her Photoshoot in Bali
SI Swimsuit model Olivia Culpo has been on major adventures throughout the course of her time with the brand. Besides absolutely nailing her four consecutive magazine features, and traveling to Bali, Indonesia, Kangaroo Island, Australia and Hollywood Fla., over the years, she also had the opportunity to pose with a giant cobra in 2019 when she was photographed by Josie Clough.
The 31-year-old, who has been open about her experience with endometriosis, made her debut in 2018, when she was featured in a special in-studio project titled “In Her Own Words.” The 2012 Miss Universe also had her iconic cover girl moment in 2020, when she was captured alongside fellow SI Swimsuit models Kate Bock and Jasmine Sanders in Bali.
“WOW! I really am speechless and this still doesn’t feel real. I am so grateful for every experience I have been able to have with my @si_swimsuit family. It’s been an honor to be surrounded by so many amazing and strong women,” she gushed on Instagram after the magazine covers were released. “To anyone who sees this, never stop visualizing and striving for what you want. Don’t lose hope and remain focused and persistent. I just hope this can show anyone out there that their goals, big or small, really can come true and that you deserve it. Thank you to everyone who has helped me achieve this dream and to all the other dreamers, never give up ❤️🌟 I love you guys!!!”
She added that she cut out a picture from a giant Sports Illustrated coffee table book, glued her own face on it and pasted it onto her mood board. Later, as a result of years of determination and a bit of manifestation, the Rhode Island native’s dreams were finally reality.
Below are five of our favorite photos from Culpo’s 2020 cover photoshoot.
Now through Nov. 1, 100% of SI Swimsuit’s portion of proceeds from cover prints purchased here will be donated to the Maui Strong Fund, which is helping to support the people and places of Maui affected by the recent wildfires.
