Denise Austin is sipping drinks from a coconut, as one does while on a tropical vacation, and looking super sculpted while she’s at it. The ’90s fitness icon is on vacation in the Eastern Caribbean island of Anguilla, and she just shared the most fabulous series of pics with her 366,000 Instagram followers.

The 66-year-old, who is the creator of Denise Austin’s Fit Over 50 magazine, rocked a bright red bandeau bikini top paired with tie-side hipster bottoms. She showed off her ultra-toned washboard abs and gorgeous bronzed glow as she smiled bright and posed on a beach chair in the sand for the camera. Austin opted for a bare face and accessorized with brown sunglasses.

“Happy Saturday everyone!!! What a wonderful few days of rest, relaxation, and catching up with our lifelong friends in beautiful Anguilla!! I had the BEST time and now I’m ready for all of the holiday festivities at home,” she captioned the Dec. 17 trio of pics. “Tonight we’re headed to a fun holiday boat parade and I’m so excited!!
