Elle Macpherson Takes a Beach Day in a String Bikini and Linen Pants

The model is enjoying the last of her Australian summer.

March is on the horizon, which means a few things. For one, daylight saving time is almost upon us. So, too, is the start of the spring season. With the coming of warmer weather, we’ve started to daydream of days by the water (it’s only natural, right?).

Our imaginings have only been made more vivid by Elle Macpherson’s content from Down Under. The supermodel, who is an Australia native, has been spending much of her time there over what we would refer to as the winter season. For her, of course, it has been summer—and she’s making the most of it, too.

The 59-year-old just shared a handful of photos to her Instagram that have us dreaming of a vacation in Australia—or, if we can wait out the rest of winter, for summer days on this side of the Pacific Ocean.

In the idyllic photos, the model stood in a white string bikini, tan linen pants and a wide-brimmed hat with her back to the camera and her eyes trained on the bright blue ocean before her. In the last snap, she headed down a dirt path toward the beach—an experience that we can’t help but dream of as we get closer and closer to the summer.

“what a joy to be off road in Western Australia a few weeks ago,” she wrote in the caption.

Macpherson is living our dreams, there’s no doubt. But winter is waning, and we have every intention of replicating her idyllic beach day experience as soon as the weather permits.
