Professional athlete Genie Bouchard showed off her fashion and tennis skills on the courts in Seville, Spain for the 2023 Billie Jean King Cup finals over the weekend. The 29-year-old and several other team Canada players competed against 12 other countries and brought home their first title from the tournament on Sunday, Nov. 12.

She donned a deep ruby red tank top with white trim, proving her awareness of the “it girl” hue of the season, while also supporting Canada’s colors. The 2014 Wimbledon finalist paired the top with a classy white pleated tennis skirt, both from activewear and shoe brand New Balance, for which Bouchard is a longtime ambassador and campaign star. Her long blonde locks were tied into a braided ponytail and secured away from her face with a matching red sweatband.

Bouchard shared a series of fierce on-court photos with her 2.4 million Instagram followers on Nov. 10. Teammate and doubles partner Gabriela Dabrowski was featured in the carousel, as well.

“Playing for 🇨🇦 is so special 📸 Martin Sidorjak,” the Montreal native captioned the post.

“Thanks for giving it your all Genie🇨🇦 Canada loves you❤️,” one fan commented.

“You and Gabby are a fierce team! You have played amazing so far! ❤️🙌🔥👏😍💯💪🏆🎾,” another chimed.

“Great to see you back playing well and also in red for our great country!👍🇨🇦,” someone added.

The former World No. 5, who is dating Jack Brinkley-Cook, modeled for the SI Swimsuit Issue in 2017 and ’18 when she traveled to Turks and Caicos with Emmanuelle Hauguel, and was photographed by James Macari in Aruba.
