Genie Bouchard is hitting the slopes for the first time ever and her inner athlete is shining through. The Canadian tennis player, who was runner-up at the 2014 Wimbledon Championships, is on a trip to the winter wonderland that is Aspen, Colo., and she’s nailing her first few runs.

The SI Swimsuit model, who starred in the 2017 and ’18 magazine issues, donned an oversized iridescent gold puffer jacket with black ski pants, classic black-and-white snow goggles and a happy smile.

She rocked a bare face with a dash of rosy blush—or it might just be the frigid weather making her cheeks red, either way, adorable! The 29-year-old posed at the top of the mountain with her ski poles in hand and strands of her long blonde locks peeking through her helmet. She beamed bright and posed for three pics, including a slow and steady video of herself making her way down a slope as the last slide.

“first day (ever!!!) on the slopes ⛷️,” she captioned the carousel she shared with her 2.4 million followers on Feb. 18.

“THATS day one! ?! Watch out downhill racers for day 3! ⛷️She’ll be shredding it‼️💯❄️,” fellow SI Swimsuit model Christie Brinkley commented. Bouchard is dating the three-time cover girl’s son, Jack Brinkley-Cook.

“Wait have you really never skiied before,” Mimi Bouchard asked.

“Why are you so annoyingly athletic? Lol,” Michelle Wie West wrote.

“and she ripped highlands,” Justin Liao added.

“You look like a seasoned pro!” one fan chimed.
