If ever there was a way to start the new year off with a bang, landing the cover of British Vogue is certainly the way to do it. And so it begins—what is bound to be yet another wildly successful year for two-time SI Swimsuit model Gigi Hadid!

Sporting a striped sweater, leather jacket and gorgeous smile for her debut appearance in the magazine, "fashion's new force" sits down with the publication to talk candidly about her rise to fame, social media success and recent body-shaming haters.

On her social media strategy: "I don't change anything about myself - what I post just works. When people are different on social media than they are in real life, it becomes forced."

On her A-list, BFF Kendall Jenner: "Kendall's more guarded. I'm more feisty. I don't want to say outgoing, because she is really outgoingonce you get to know her...But neither of us likes to stay out past 11."

On taking down her cyber bullies: "Yeah, I'm an athletic person. But I love my body because I know what it's been through to be what it is, and honestly I'm not going to change...The Victoria's Secret Angels aren't going anywhere; I'm not going anywhere; plus-sized models aren't going anywhere.
