October baseball is here and even Kate Upton has playoff fever. The two-time SI Swimsuit cover model joined B.J. and Justin Upton on the cover of SI's postseason preview. The photo shoot took place last month at Citi Field when the Braves were in town to play the Mets. It marks the first time a swimsuit model has appeared on SI's weekly cover. The three Uptons got along famously, joking throughout the shoot that they were being long-lost cousins. Whether the Braves win the World Series remains to be seen but one thing is certain: No team has a better-looking fanbase, thanks to Cousin Kate!
