The LSU gymnast’s latest TikTok is a very ‘real’ take on performing high-level skills.

LSU gymnast Olivia Dunne has been practicing her sport since she was little, but that doesn’t mean she is without an internal dialogue that’s still blown away by her own skills.

The 21-year-old, who’s known for her comical behind the scenes content from her life as a student athlete, shared in a recent TikTok exactly what goes through her head as she performs or practices her uneven bar routine.

In the clip, the athlete donned a sleek black leotard and displayed her talent in the gym, seamlessly demonstrating her bar changes. “Me on a skill I’ve been doing since I was 10,” she wrote on the clip. As she performed her routine, a comical sound of someone exclaiming, “I’m scared. O.K., I’m about to do it. I’m doing it,” played in the background—the perfect representation of her internal monologue, according to Dunne.

“real,” she simply captioned the reel.

“This is so real,” one of her followers agreed with her hilariously honest take on performing high-level skills.

“U got it 💅💅💅💅💅💅,” another follower said.

“the voice over was classic I love it,” one fan approved of her humor.

As a college athlete, Dunne spends much of her time practicing those very skills in the gym (and assumedly experiencing the same internal monologue each and every time). With her senior season having kicked off on Jan. 5 against Ohio State, we’re sure to be seeing much more “real” content very soon.
