Fill in the dots...with SI Swimsuit rookie Rose Bertram!

It's been a busy week for Rose Bertram. The first-year SI Swimsuit model landed the cover of Life After Football along with her boyfriend (and professional soccer player) Gregory van der Wiel. As Rose noted in her Instagram post, it's the first time the couple has posed together for a shoot.
