IN THE EIGHTIES, we loved ourselves some bodacious blondes. Not that being a sexy blonde woman has ever really gone out of style (let's not kid ourselves here), but there was a special flaxen-haired look that really said "Cowabunga." We're talking about that precisely Aqua-Netted hair flip and a tan that out-pigmented those flowing locks. You may be thinking Barbie, but I'm thinking about Kim Alexis.

The Upstate New York-born model made six appearances in the SI Swimsuit Issue from 1982-85 and '87-88, When she wasn't making jaws drop for Swim, Kim was making that paper as the face of Revlon and Suave, the latter no doubt for her ability to deliver a line.
