SI Swimsuit Models Sizzle on the 2023 SI Swimsuit Issue New York Red Carpet

The models truly outdid themselves this year in the fashion department.

From Camille Kostek’s customized dress with special meaning and Brooks Nader’s three fabulous outfit changes to Melissa Wood-Tepperberg’s bedazzled look and Olivia Ponton’s sheer moment, this year’s SI Swimsuit models totally dressed to impress.

The women, their plus ones and members of the SI Swimsuit team celebrated the launch of the 2023 issue at the Hard Rock Hotel in New York City on Thursday, May 18, and while the red carpet photos turned out absolutely stunning (no surprise there), the night itself was one for the books. Below are our favorite looks from the night.

Camille Kostek

The magazine’s 2019 cover star donned a gorgeous custom firetruck red and Cinderella blue gown—a combination of two of her favorite colors—paired with silver Stuart Weitzman shoes. The designer, Raquelle Pedraza, also added a Vivienne Westwood-inspired corset center and an off-the-shoulder neckline.

Padma Lakshmi

The TV host, who posed for this year’s magazine in Dominica with Yu Tsai, stunned in a gorgeous figure-hugging white mini dress featuring a plunge neckline and extra fabric to mimic a thin turtleneck layer.

Kim Petras

The 2023 cover star donned a glamorous, colorful strapless midi gown by Zimmerman covered in a scenic beach print and outlined with a seashell hem. The singer paired the dress with simple and elegant white heels.

Brooks Nader

The 2023 cover star opted for a teal one-shoulder mini dress featuring ruched detailing on the hem. She showed off her toned and tan legs in the Monique Lhuillier number and paired it with sparkly platform Stuart Weitzman heels.

Katie Austin

The fitness influencer rocked an angelic and flowy white Retrofête gown featuring a plunging neckline and mile-high slit.

Hailey Clauson

Returning for her seventh year with the publication, the model opted for an all-black moment with a tube dress, tights, a teeny tiny purse and pointed-toe heels.

Angel Reese

The NCAA athlete rocked a ruby red figure-hugging gown featuring an asymmetrical cut-out to reveal her toned midriff and a dash of under boob.

Lauren Chan

The Henning CEO and founder slayed in a custom Willie Norris edgy black dress with a bustier underneath and sheer black opera gloves.

Leyna Bloom

The 2021 cover star rocked a bedazzled white-and-silver strapless mini dress featuring tons of bead and feather details and a deep sweetheart neckline.
