Super Bowl Weekend Recap: SI Swim Models Celebrate in Las Vegas
This past weekend, several SI Swimsuit stars descended upon Las Vegas to celebrate all things Super Bowl. Starting on Friday, Feb. 9, brand stars rang in the long weekend leading up to Sunday’s Big Game with a series of fun and festive events.
In case you missed it, here’s what a few SI Swimsuit models were up to this weekend.
Friday: Radio show takeover
On Friday, SI Swimsuit models Ellie Thumann, Christen Harper, Nicole Williams English, Katie Austin, Camille Kostek and Jena Sims were featured on a SiriusXM Radio segment called “Under the Swimfluence.” Thumann, Austin and Sims paired up for one feature, while Williams English, Kostek and Harper participated in another. In case you missed it, tune in to the show here.
The models all wore customized black SI Swimsuit varsity jackets by BROdenim for the occasion and took over the radio to discuss their favorite past Super Bowl moments.
At night, the models enjoyed a group dinner before ending the night with a handful of different parties around Las Vegas, including a concert featuring David Guetta and Future and another with headliners Lil Wayne and Diplo.
And despite the whirlwind of activity all weekend long, SI Swimsuit models were able to keep up with every last event, thanks to sponsor 5-hour Energy.
Saturday: Red carpet ready
The models hit the red carpet at the Wynn late on Saturday night before heading to the venue’s XS Nightclub for Sports Illustrated’s “The Party” presented by Captain Morgan.
Each of the women walked the red carpet in bold and beautiful outfits that captured their personal style. Check out a roundup of each ensemble here. While on the red carpet, 2024 rookie Brittany Mahomes was presented with her own BROdenim jacket—check out the pics here.
After serving looks on the carpet, the models headed to the big bash, where they were treated to performances by The Chainsmokers and KYGO.
Sunday: The main event
Thumann was spotted in the stands at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas for the Big Game on Sunday, while Mahomes celebrated husband Patrick’s third Super Bowl victory. The Kansas City Chiefs beat the San Francisco 49ers 25-22 in overtime.
