Christen Harper Blended Angel and Spacecore Vibes During Her Breathtaking SI Swim Shoot in Dominica

Three-time SI Swimsuit model Christen Harper wows with every new shoot she stars in. The Swim Search open casting call alum, who was named co-winner in 2021 and co-Rookie of the Year in ’22 alongside bff and fitness influencer Katie Austin, has nailed each of her magazine features and we love nothing more than taking a look back at her photos.

She entered the industry more than a decade ago and was often told by agencies to lose weight to fit standard sizing. Harper rejected those stereotypes and requests and continued to pursue her dreams.

The 30-year-old, who grew up in Southern California and now splits her time between Los Angeles and Detroit, where her NFL star quarterback fiancé Jared Goff plays for the Detroit Lions, was photographed by Yu Tsai in Atlantic City, N.J. for her debut.

The Planted wellness and lifestyle app co-founder returned to the fold the following year and traveled to Barbados with visual artist Ben Watts.

Most recently, the swimwear designer traveled to the breathtaking Caribbean Island country Dominica, and was captured by Amanda Pratt.

“The location was stunning. I had never even heard of Dominica [before my 2023 photo shoot]. It was just so jungly and green and lush and beautiful. It’s one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been,” she told SI Swimsuit during last year’s launch week events in Florida. “And we got to go under a waterfall which was really cool. It kind of made the whole shoot a little more moody. Every year has its own magic that keeps it exciting and fresh.”
