Four-Time SI Swim Star Marquita Pring Sizzled on the Beaches of Barbados

The model has been featured in the magazine every year since her debut in 2020.

Four-time SI Swimsuit model Marquita Pring made her debut with the magazine in a gorgeous, unique Western-inspired photoshoot with Ruven Afanador in Saratoga, Wyo., in 2020, and has returned to the fold every year since.

The New York native first gained popularity in 2011, when she walked in Jean-Paul Gaultier’s Paris Fashion Week show and appeared in a historic and groundbreaking Vogue Italia cover story alongside Candice Huffine, Robyn Lawley and Tara Lynn.

She has traveled to Sacramento, Calif., Barbados and most recently, Puerto Rico with the brand, where she’s showed off her impeccable modeling skills and fun, sweet personality.

“We’ve made quite a mark on the industry and it was an amazing learning experience,” Pring, who is cofounder of ALDA, a coalition of models coming together to empower women and change society’s perception of beauty, shared. “Together we really accomplished a lot. I’m very proud of that project.”

The former face of Levi Strauss & Co. and L’Oreal beauty ambassador is constantly using her platform to champion diversity in size, age and skin tone.
