Alex Aust

Alex Aust is a professional lacrosse player, fitness instructor and entrepreneur. She was an All-America attacker and NCAA champion at the University of Maryland and is a member of the U.S. national women's lacrosse squad, which won the World Cup in 2017. Alex, who hails from Sterling, Va., is the founder of The Sweaat Life, a virtual health and fitness community teaching live workouts and pushing women to be the best version of themselves every day.
