Olivia Ponton was photographed by Amanda Pratt in Dominica for the 2023 SI Swimsuit Issue along with fellow models Christen Harper, Yumi Nu and Leyna Bloom.

The TikTok star, who has amassed almost eight million followers and more than 900 million likes since she began regularly posting at the start of the pandemic, has also used her platform to be an inspiring voice for young members of the LGBTQ+ community. The Florida native is passionate about maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle filled with self-love and kindness.

Ponton, who made her SI Swimsuit debut in 2022, has been featured in major brand campaigns including SKIMS, Juicy Couture, Frankies Bikinis, Victoria’s Secret PINK and Ralph Lauren. She also constantly advocates for beach and ocean conservation across the country.

Known for its natural beauty, the island of Dominica is located in the eastern Caribbean between Guadeloupe and Martinique. From lush rainforests and impressive mountain peaks to rushing rivers and cascading waterfalls, Dominica boasts magnificent, natural views, making it an ideal vacation location for relaxation and adventure (and, not to mention, an SI Swimsuit photo shoot).

The styling for Ponton’s shoot was inspired by current glam, glitz and futuristic fashion trends appearing on the runways and in the market right now. The SI Swimsuit team merged nature's earthy tones with sparkly extraterrestrial inspired hues to create a playful metallic energy. Think astronaut suits meet glittery disco attire.
